Please note there is no elevator to reach this 3rd floor penthouse apartment. While the ops team on the ground are not contracted to help with guests luggage, they do help with moving luggage to guests apartment at most times (95% times), it's just that these teams are sometimes busy with maintenance or not available after 6 PM. You are at your free will to tip them as a reward for their efforts.

🔟 Late Check-Out Policy: Prior approval is required for late check-outs. We’ll be happy to accommodate requests based on availability. Uninformed or unauthorized late check-outs will incur a penalty of half-day rent.

For security reasons, delivery personnel from Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, and other services are allowed only up to the main security gate. Guests are kindly requested to collect all food and package deliveries from the gate.

3. Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect the neighbors. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum during this time.
4. Cleanliness: Dispose of trash in designated bins and keep the property tidy.
5. Damages: Report any damage or breakage to the host immediately to avoid additional charges.
6. No Illicit Drugs: The use, possession, or distribution of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and may be reported to local authorities.
7. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or celebrations are not allowed. This includes loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behaviour.
8. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Additional visitors require prior host approval, and unauthorized guests may result in the termination of your stay.
9. Guest Hours: Visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval.
10. ID Requirement: All visiting guests must present valid government-issued ID at the security gate upon arrival.
11. Overnight Policy: Visiting guests are not allowed to stay overnight. Extra charges will apply for unauthorized overnight stays.
12. Property Care: Turn off lights and appliances and ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving the property.
13. Insect Awareness: Insects and other wildlife are common due to the natural surroundings. To minimize any inconvenience, please keep windows and doors closed, as leaving them open may attract insects.
14. Check-in and Check-out: Adhere to the check-in and check-out timings specified by the host.
15. Key Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their keys. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
16. No Decorations: Guests are not allowed to decorate or affix items to the walls.
17. Use of Amenities: Do not remove amenities such as towels, glasses, standing lights, Wi-Fi routers, linens, utensils, or furniture from the property.
18. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning washrooms, and beddings.
19. Towels and Linens: To conserve water, towels and linens will be changed every third day. Thank you for supporting our water conservation efforts.
