Smoking is allowed only on the balcony/patio.
Drinks are permitted inside the apartment, not outdoors.
Late check-out can be arranged with prior approval; unapproved delays may incur a half-day rental charge.

4️⃣ Parking: Free secured parking inside premises
5️⃣ Housekeeping Services: Daily housekeeping/cleaning services are provided. If additional cleaning is required, feel free to request, and we will do our best to arrange it on a best-effort basis.
6️⃣ Power Backup: The property is equipped with an inverter backup, which provides up to 2 hours of power for fans and lights.
7️⃣ Guest Welcome & Assistance: A Da Alohas representative will personally greet you upon arrival and provide a detailed house tour.
8️⃣ Lift Facility & Maintenance: This beautiful 3rd-floor apartment offers stunning views and is accessible via a lift. However, please note that routine maintenance may occur during your check-in or check-out, in which case you may need to use the stairs.
